Back from work, Orange light and flashing red light, no dial tone.
Faults keeps telling me 'oops there was a problem'. Not waiting 30 minutes on the phone.

That's odd. This is probably something for @jaread83 to look into.
In the meantime, if you've tried running a line test here regardless of the result you receive, the tester may have reported a fault through to Openreach. Are there any open tickets which indicate that here?
If there's no indication of an open fault ticket, I'd try running through the troubleshooting here.
Failing the above, I'll be happy to take a closer look when I'm back in the office on Sunday.

It looks like there's a problem at the exchange.
We've been advised of a response time of by 28/11/17 23:59:59
Our faults team will get in touch when we've got more info.
P.S. I've closed the 2 of the tickets as duplicates.

Hoping for a speedy fix. The weekend was awful.
Cant control my heating, cant control my lights, Sky Q multiroom doesnt work.

Got home last night to find my telephone line and broadband working.
Got a text this morning to say 'Jon' has been allocated my job and will be with me today.
Left hand, right hand!!!!!
