No router

No router

My installation date is today and I still haven't received the router.
I got a text on Monday saying that it is being sent via first class but nothing came.
What can I do?

Hi there,
Sorry to hear you're router hasn't reached you yet. We'd expect such deliveries to reach you within 3 working days. As today is the 3rd day I'd be surprised if it doesn't reach you before tomorrow.
If it doesn't can you please let me know by replying to this post and I'll arrange for another one to be sent out.

In the meantime you can bypass the need for a router by following the steps below:
