No router. No internet. Key worker

Hi, I’m a key worker having to work from home due to disability and the corona virus. My phone and internet has switched over, but my router isn’t here. This is causing me significant problems. I thought it was a problem with the post, but other stuff posted yesterday has arrived fine. Please can another router be sent out straight away?
