No response from Support

Hi, I raised a ticket #73817593 on Wednesday about a recent drop in download speed (to 0.3 - 0.4 Mbps!). Ticket is logged but no response for almost 48 hours now, despite a prompt after 24 hours (the claimed "it can take up to" time).
Is this normal with plusnet nowadays? Whenever I've dealt with them in the past they were much more responsive (been trouble-free for a while).

I believe they aim to reply to a ticket within 3 days.
I suspect, if you prompt a ticket it then becomes 3 days from the prompt Sad
