No reliable internet connection since the start of December

Posting on here as im getting no ware with a support ticket, and now not getting any responce
I have been running plusnet ADSL since april 2009 and was perfect until the start of December, now the modem doesnt appear to be able to hold a good connection
Ive tired
Filters
Modem
Test Socket
There isnt anything else using my line it comes in at the front of the house and into the modem, im confused why this has been fine for about 9 months and then unusable.
Ive been running quiet line tests etc, I have some stats maybe someone could point me in the right direction. Ive tired running routerstats but the lines currently no up enough to start reporting

But my connection is still really slow, even though the modems back up at 6500 / 7200 bps
Does somthing else need resetting with BT or Plusnet ?

There is no point reporting or investigating broadband problems while you have a voice fault.

As my speed is still low, ive read on here I might need to contact someone

Was hoping BT had found and fixed where my line joins the house was uncovered and was replaced Friday
This was the router stats after the above fix - Re crimp connnection and box up

As HP has said if your phone line is noisy again it's a case of going back to your voice provider and re-raising the fault.

Still got an IP Profile of 135Kbps at the mo, so hopefully by sunday it should be backup to speed

What speed does this say https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed ?
If its still 135 then call CSC and get them to match your PlusNet profile to the BT one OR if you're lucky , one of the Comms Team might spot this thread and do it for you.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

MisterW is right on both counts - thanks MisterW
Your profile on our side was still set to 250kb/s so I've upped this to 6500 to match the BT one. You should get the speed increase pretty much straight away. Sorry about the delay there.
