I signed up for a home phone and broadband package on Friday, March 20.
The phone was connected without any problems a few days later.
However, I've not heard anything about my expected activation date for the broadband or when I might expect to receive the hub.
I appreciate there are likely delays with current situation. However, as I'm being asked to work from home, it is essential that I can get online ASAP. Is there any way to get clarification on when Broadband might be expected to go live?
