No lights/connection

My router isn't connecting to the internet. The green light very briefly flashed and now there are no lights. I have tried resetting with a pin for 20 seconds, turning it off and on again, removing and reconnecting the wires and even connecting to the test socket. Our phone line is working fine. Any idea what it could be?
