The advice is usually that despite what the email(s) say, the service may 'go live' at any time up to midnight on connection day. Try again after midnight and post here again if you still can't connect.

Try a factory reset on the router by pushing a paperclip or similar in the reset hole that you will find on the router. Keep the switch closed for at least 25 seconds. Then sit back with fingers crossed for up to a quarter of an hour. If that doesn't work I'm afraid that you will either have to contact Plusnet or wait for one of their staff to pick it up here.
