No internet

Like the last 3 times I have renewed my contract with plusnet I find myself once again without internet and problems after it's activated and before calling and waiting an hour for someone to ask me to unplug and plug back in the router I'll try on here. Installed and set up the router to the point i have the green tick saying all good you are now connected to the internet happy surfing. Yet I can not access any websites. Any ideas? Tried all the usual issues and troubleshooting. Thanks in advance

Please follow the steps in this article here if your still having problems you can raise a fault at faults.plus.net
