No internet

Friday 03/01/2014 at roughly 21:00 my internet stopped working, there should be no reason for this to happen as I have not made any changes at all to the setup or the router settings, but as the trouble shooter works from the inside outwsrds I give it a go, so it has me doing the usual crap like resetting and so on, then it says ti change the ligin details on the router to something like bt trster or somethin.....
That didnt work, now I cant remember if Ive put the old login details correctly or not
Think I might give pludnet a ring to try and work this out, coz I prefer speaking to an actuall  person

That looks to be the issues. According to some diagnostic tests I can see the username you've been trying to connect with isn't quite right. Looks like you just need to correct the bit after the @ to "plusdsl.net"
