No internet when raining

My internet keeps dropping out every time it rains, the router disconnects and won't reconnect until the rain stops?! 

Does anybody have any ideas as this is a new problem and it's driving me nuts!

This was happening to me a couple of years ago. BTOR found that it was caused by water that had got into the cable between the box on our property and the pole which was sited across the road. They repaired by using a spare pair of wires in the existing cable, so I am expecting the problem to re-occur at some point in the future.

Sorry to hear your connection is dropping.

Our tests are showing a potential issue so we'd recommend raising a fault here
