No internet connection. Router light is blue. Have tried everything including test socket. Plusnet call centre not taking calls. Openreach say no problem with exchange and only Plusnet can request an engineer!
Any ideas?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I just reset my router to the default factory settings and the internet is back!
