No internet, no response. It’s like everyone’s on holiday p

Have refused to call so I don’t take up time for those who need it. But it’s been 4 days without any internet. No acknowledgment, no nothing. Chat has been disabled unless your in sales team and no response from Twitter DM which is where we are being directed.

No longer can plusnet blame COVID for poor response. Plusnet use to pride itself on customer service which is totally nonexistent now.

I seriously want to leave as I’ve had poor service for the past 3 months and no sign of it getting any better.
