No internet, no phone, cannot get through to helpline!

Hi
Our phone line and internet in Portsmouth has not worked since this morning - I have had no phone or internet this evening.
I have tried to phone the help line but after 45 mins with no answer I think it's only fair you contact me.

Welcome to the forums - sorry to learn of your troubles. PlusNet Digital Care Team (DCT) staff are usually only in these forums during Mo-Fr office hours.
I suggest that (given you can get on line to post here) you use http://faults.plus.net to raise a fault. You do not need to be connected on your service to use the fault reporting tool.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
