No internet no dial tone

I have also tried to run the phone line test but it says it’s unable to test my line.
Any PN rep able to assist ?

Are you an ADSL or Fibre customer? What did the advisor say when you reported the problem over the phone? What detail if any has been added to the open ticket which will have been created on your account?

...and is Plusnet your telephone service provider?
Whilst the majority of users will have both telephone and broadband provided by Plusnet, there are still many long term customers on broadband only service from Plusnet, their phone line being provided by a different CP. In circumstances such as described here, the fault needs to be addressed by the telephone service provider, not the broadband provider.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
