No internet in the area and no update about issue

There is apparently a network issue in our area BA12 7 affecting multiple postcodes and every household has a different answer about time scales.

Went down over 48 hours ago and nothing is showing on any service status pages.

Some people seem to have internet back and other don't.

My main issue is lack of feedback about timelines as it is affecting my work.

@CedrikNobs If this is an Openreach network issue, as it appears, unfortunately they no longer list these on their site, so the 'answers' you get will depend on what the ISP 'support desk' thinks might satisfy the customer.
