Hi, we've lost internet since last night and reading this forum many are having same issue. We've been with plusnet for a number of years 6+ and this is the longest its been down. We've done everything at our end. Rebooted router/reset router by which login and password was required again. But its still not working. We've already had the screen that asks for username and password from plusnet page when we open explorer and gone through the proceedure where it says its all done and ready to go. Today, ive been on hold on the phone for over hour and half and ive given up. I would like to know what the issue is and whats the ETA for this.
