Help - I,ve had no internet for last few days. Was fine but modem now has amber flashing light (internet icon). My laptop shows signal strength is still excellent but cant access any websites. Have a gut feeling its the line rather than the modem (Netgear DG834G) but can someone perform a line check? Grateful for advice before I get in a tekkie guy! Mark
Plug the router into the test socket with a different filter and see if it works - if it doesn't raise a fault at https://portal.plus.net/apps/kbdfaults
