When i try to go on my wifi it tells me to sign in so i go through the steps but when it gets to the connect page and i type my username and password and click connect it doesnt do anything if i click the reset button it says its connected to the internet but id i try to go on any webpages ot just sends me back to the hub homepage nothing works
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Can you please check the basics - the speed issues link below might help.
Do you have a clear dial tone?
Can you post the router stats?
Check that the user name and password in the router internet configuration page are correct.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
