No internet connection.

Been connected successfully for several years now so new set up answers seem not to apply.  Last 3 days. Intermittent broadband and internet connections.  When internet does connect it is very slow.  Would appreciate any suggestions as have had no luck contacting Plusnet

Moved to the broadband board which is more appropriate place for it and also more visible to staff

Eventually got through on phone. Seems to be an exchange problem. 6 working days quoted so will report back if it is fixed.
