No internet connection

Hi. SiNice yesterday afternoon I have had no internet connection at all. Connection has been patchy and slow recently but has now stopped altogether. I have changed filters and even tried new router but all to no avail. Phone line is working but crackly. Not good as we live in area with poor mobile signal so no 4G. Any advice please

You say your line is crackly. Broadband Internet does not work on a noisy line.

you will need to get this fixed

Log in to your Plus net account with User name and password .

Go here:  https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/

Then  Raise a line fault - but be patient!
