No internet connection red light showing

I have no internet connection . I followed all the instructions gven in the help viideo but still no internet.

I tried to chat online and telephone but neither are working at the moment sue to Covid . I tried to report it on http://:faultsplus.net but got nowhere. We are in the vulnerable group and are self isolating on drs orders /

I really need an internet connection .I don't know what else I can do .
