My Internet went down around 10.30 this morning. CS on chat said he'd send out a new router even though both my previously working routers showed the same issue. I called instead and the advisor said that he could see an authentication problem. Tried several resets and then said there was a major outage in my area that he'd just noticed. I can't see any status indication of one anywhere. Anyone else having problems?
Thanks, much appreciated but no known faults as I suspected. Still down, and no real prospect of it coming back up right now I don't think. Tech support gave up too easily....
