No internet connection! Please help.

Hi all,

I’ve got a Technicolor TG582n router, and no internet connection for two days thus far. The Ethernet, internet, and WiFi lights flash green. There doesn’t seem to be a problem with the Openreach box, so I’m assuming it’s Plusnet/ router related.

I work from home, so getting it back up and running is crucial - but the customer/technical support is closed due to the Covid19 outbreak.

Can any kind soul on here help me please? I am not a super-techy person...
