No internet again!

I hate posting from my phone but at least my mobile internet works.
Is it just me or is there another big fault / issue? If it's just me how do I get it sorted?

Amazing, within seconds of me posting up from my phone my home internet is working again.

I've just had a look and it's pretty hard to tell if you're having a problem or your router is simply off at any point, however I've glad to see this is working now for you.

Posting your router stats here might be useful.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
