No internet after switching from fibre to broadand

Hello,

I've just switched from TalkTalk fibre broadband to Plusnet ADSL broadband and I am having trouble getting any connection at all.

On the router the internet light is always off and and broadband light is always flashing green. The power and wireless lights are both solid green.

I've already tried turning the router on and off again, doing a factory reset, trying another filter, using the upstairs phone socket, unplugging everything but the router, etc. The phone line works fine and the dialling tone is normal.

Has PN sent you an e mail confirming they have activated BB on your line?

Sorry for the problems you're having.

I've tested the line and there's a fault detected, this requires an engineer to come and investigate the fault. I'll create a support ticket on your account for this with the information about the next steps.
