No feedback from BT or PN on tickets

Is it possible to give an update on the queue lengths for tickets. I had a BT engineer visit last week but I see no update to the ticket. Getting fed up with my Fibre and it's variable speeds.

On second PC wired via PPPOE. Still constipated.
No update to ticket. Could you please prompt the member of staff again.

The Digital Care Team members who respond in the forums work normal hours Monday to Friday. Support and the faults teams work 24x7 though I assume more staff are available during the week.

could you please give another nudge as no update to ticket and problem still ongoing.

p.s.managed to accidentally close an open ticket as I am doing this on my mobile and with big fingers clicked close instead of view when revuewing tickets.
colud a sevond confirm you wish to close this ticket step not be put in place to stop accidental closures
