No connection

Red light on router have every single check on settings and advance settings redstarted the hub and still nothing text FAULT to the number provided and it’s replied back saying we have found a fault text NEXT to book engineer and then no reply from it

Log in to your Plusnet account. On the home page with a bit of lock there will be a tab informing you that a ticket has been raised. Open that an see if it allows you to book an engineer.
