No connection

My router won’t connect to most devices without first turning it off and turning it back on again. Yesterday I had to turn it off to connect my laptop to the internet, it finally connect after about 10 attempts, now it’s has lost connection with the sky box and won’t connect at all and I’ve tried resetting both devices several times. I also have problems most days with my mobile connecting to the router, with the message no internet connection.
Any ideas?

I'm sorry to see you're having issues getting your devices onto the internet. 

I can see we've made a change to a setting on your line yesterday to try to resolve the issue.

I've also sent you an upgraded router you should receive within the next 3 to 5 working days.

Can you let us know if you have further problems?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
