No connection

I was wondering if you can help me. I have throat cancer and cant speak on the phone. My internet is down and i cant get it to work at all. its been down for two day. I've tried it all. Troubleshooting and even changed my rooter over to the spare plusnet one. no help.

Please is there any way you cAN HELP WITH THIS?
