My connection went down at about 11:30 Sunday night and I filed a support ticket the morning after which has still not been looked at. It appears to be a line fault as the same thing happened in January requiring a BT engineer visit. Question #40952608 Can someone please look into this for me? Thank you Denise
Looks like we replied to your ticket yesterday afternoon with some information on troubleshooting and how to raise a fault. From the fault report our tests identified a problem with the phone line, you need to report this to whoever you pay line rental to, it's likely that the problem with the phone line is causing your broadband issues.
