Received a Welcome to Plusnet letter 20th Sept but not received any further correspondence since!
Said it was to take 10 days , took a £22.99 payment and no doubt will start taking a Direct Debit next!
Still connected to BT broadband as far as I know!
All very confusing and not a good start moving to another supplier!
Anyone got any clues where I go from here? Have been on ‘hold’ for ages on the helpline...
