I have been without broadband for 2 days. There is a red light on the router and the phone has no dial tone. I've been through all the procedures to try and rectify but to no avail. I have a disabled daughter who lives alone and she usually contacts me via messenger but nothing is getting through. Where do I go from here as I cannot talk to anyone at Plusnet, I just get referred to the website - but how? I have no internet!
