No broadband

I've recently joined Plusnet and recieved the router etc as normal. Yesterday I had notification that the phone line and broadband was ready to use, so I've plugged in the router and still from today (24 hours later) still no broadband. I've tried turning the router off and on, resetting it but still the broadband light is flashing with the internet light off.

I've tried to contact by phone but no luck. I need this for work as I need to do online meetings and resulting in having to hotspot my data from my mobile.

Can someone please look at this for me.

Same problem. Internet connection is intermittent. I need this working so I can WORK. Shocking introduction to this service provider.

Please close this as it's now been sorted. Rang customer services to find a fault at the exchange.
