No broadband

Hi guys. I have had no broadband since 7am this morning so over 4 hours! I've checked the cables, phone line is fine and I've reset the router but I still have a ref light! Any ideas?Huh

Still having issues Vicky? If so can you try a disconnect/reconnect

Hello

I'm having this problem yet again!! No internet at all today and was intermittent all day yesterday!!
