Hi, i have recieved my router and was told activation of line would be today, (18th Dec) still no internet.?

Hi Leon,
Unfortunately that won't be going live today, It seems the current line providers has cancelled our orders saying their customer is not leaving that address, can you PM me your address and I'll check some details for you
