No broadband since midday 1st June - can't decide if it's PlusNet or my modem

Can somebody at PlusNet please check the status of my ADSL connection so I determine where the fault is.

There are some tests can be performed by going through the process at http://faults.plus.net ;
These give PN support the info needed to work on the problem.

Thanks, I've been through those.  I use a separate modem and router and as I don'y have another modem\router to test, I can't totally rule out a problem at my end.

Our testing hasn't found a issue although that's not to say there isn't one.
I would recommend trying another router if possible as if a engineer goes out and finds it to be the router a charge of £50 will apply.

Thanks, that's extremely useful to know.
I hope to have an alternative modem\router to test tomorrow.  I'm assuming that PN will not send an engineer out without consulting me first?

Confirmed bad modem (Vigor 120).  Thanks for your help here.
