No broadband since Friday

Our broadband went down on Friday evening, approx 10pm and since that time we have had nothing. Just a solid orange light on the hub.

I have contacted Plusnet who initially said their was a major service outage and gave an estimated fix time of 19/05/25. That was moved to 6pm on 20/05/25 and has now been out back to 8pm on 22nd! Has anyone else got the same issue? We are on the Devon/Somerset border close to Chard.
