No broadband service yet ?

Hi there, I've not had broadband installed or received my router. The telephone line is working though.
Please can someone advise what is going on ?

Hi fpw48,
Your router has just been dispatched, that should be within you within the next few days. Your order has been placed with our suppliers so I would expect your broadband service to be up and running within 5-7 working days - we'll keep you updated via SMS.
