No broadband for nearly 2 weeks

Lost my broadband signal 2 weeks ago.  I have contacted support over 10 times. Took between 10 to 15 minutes to get an answer on each. Had 4 different excuses. No sign of any progress whatsoever. Very diasspointed with this very poor service.

Hi verydissapointed,
I'm sorry to hear of your trouble. I can see that we have been in touch with our supplier in order to get this resolved on a number of occasions but have been unable to locate the cause of the fault. We have kept you up to date via text message and email during this time. I will ask our faults team to see if we can get an update for you.

I lost my internet connection 2 weeks ago too.  Still not resolved.

I believe we've been in touch advising this should be resolved in 24 hours.
@ oatas, I also believe we have been in touch regarding an engineer visiting the exchange tomorrow.
