No broadband for hours

Hi, I've only been with Plusnet for a few days.

My broadband stopped working at around 3pm today, 3 hours later and no signs of improvement.

It has also seemed a bit unstable in the first few days o usage before then, trying to stream using the ethernet cable at 2mbps and struggling. Can anyone help with both issues? Thank you

Fix

Are you able to connect an alternative microfilter to your router, replacing the one you have currently?
