No broadband connection for weeks.

I raised a fault on my account several weeks ago and initially had replies saying a fault had been identified on my line and changes had been made to attempt to fix it.
The fix didn’t work and I have now had no broadband connection for a month.
I have updated my account with as much information I can give but nobody seems to reply anymore.
Have Plusnet just decided to give up and not bother trying to fix it?

I'd reccomend calling them.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing connection problems.

I'm looking into this and I'll update you via your fault ticket 173491181 shortly.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
