No broadband after arranging cancellation for Mar

I organised a cancellation of my account today to coincide with my move out on 9 Mar but returned from work to find broadband not working. The phone line is working.
Is this a coincidence?

Probably not, I get the impression there are still too many poorly trained staff in Provisioning/CSC. One of the CRT members will pick this up tomorrow I'm sure.

Well I'm surprised that this was not picked up by one of the CRT, I believe I'd also requested it be moved to Feedback for higher visibility Roll eyes
