No available ports at terminal

Can someone help me with this? Internet has been down 2 and a half weeks, the problem was identified about a week ago, but nothing else seems to be happening. I just keep being told it been escalated above Plusnet, and will receive a phone call when it has been sorted, but is there anyway to actually find out if anything is happening? The engineer told me it should take a couple of days to sort, but that's come and gone, and my ticket was updated stating that my connection is shown as up and running, which it isn't, can anyone help? Thanks my ticket is ##205020565

Anyone? Any information at all? I don't like that I don't even know if anything is being done about this, or that it could be anytime frame, another week? A few months?

I am sorry to hear that. I can see that fault agent is working on this ticket now - you should have an update within few minutes as agent who is testing your line is now speaking with openreach.
