I've been away on holiday from the start of June, and left my router turned off so no usage should have happened then. During the time I was away I was billed, and usage reset, so when I came back View My Usage said no usage as I'd expected.
However, I've been back and merrily surfing since yesterday lunchtime and View My Usage still reports "You don't have any usage data to show right now."
Any ideas?

Mines the same, no update since 14th morning, reported to csc just now, they were not aware, but confirmed not showing at PN Towers, Yet another happy weekend

We are currently investigating an issue whereby customers' recent usage may not be showing in the member centre under the "View My Broadband Usage" link.
All usage has been monitored and we can confirm nothing has been lost.
We have developers working on this issue and as such hope to have a resolution shortly.
