No Internet

Hi,
Internet went off this morning, has not come back on. Cannot ping 8.8.8.8.

Any ideas?

I expect that you've presently got a 172.x.x.x IP address.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
