@Dudgers A bit more information would help - what lights are on the router (and their colour)? Which router do you have?

Is your phone working? if not you need to report a phone, not internet fault.

I have tested your line and it looks like you're now back up and running, our connection logs show that the password was previously being rejected in the router.
