Please help Since this afternoon/evening I haven't had a green light next to Internet and keep getting Thomson gateway page when trying to connect. The power and wireless lights are on constantly and the broadband light is flashing. I tried ringing customer support but there is a 20min delay and close at 9pm so no point in waiting. Does anyone know if there are Internet/bt/plus net issues in the Cardiff area? Or suggest what I should try to solve the issue. Thanks in advance
