Hello, I recently lost connection to the internet and I believe it was due to not paying the bill at the set date but it was paid and taken care off by now but my internet is still not running I went through the customer service and did everything what they told me to do but the connection wasn't restored successfully. Orange light with the b on it's are currently all I can see. Done all the resets or anything I could find on the forums but without any success can somebody please help me to resolve the issue or the engineer is going to be needed? There was a strong wind recently so I believe there can be some kind of issue on the outer cables.
