No Internet, Secured

Hi

Every time I try to connect via wifi on my laptop I get above message for months now. Smartphone connects intermittently also. I am using smartphone usb tethering to write this.

Is your laptop definitely connecting to your Plusnet wifi? Have you tried telling the laptop to forget the wireless network and then reconnect manually?

Thanks for replying. The laptop is trying to connect to the Plusnet WiFi but I get the above error message and I also tried the forget route but it did not work.

These are the results of the internet connectivity using the router webpage.

Test Results

Test Succeeded DSL
Test Succeeded ATM
Test Succeeded PPP
Test Succeeded IP
Test Failed Internet
  Disabled/Not OKConnectivity to Gateway (172.16.13.5)
